Prices, Special Terms and Conditions:

  • Based on a group of a minimum 14* passengers: USD per person, in a double occupancy room | Single supplement USD
  •  Maximum 16 passengers per group (The tour requires a minimum of 14 registered participants to proceed).
  • If payment is submitted via credit card, an additional fee of 3.5 % will be added.

Not Included:

  • Personal expenses.
  • International flights.
  • Travel and medical insurance (a must). We recommend adding a “cancelation for any reason” insurance.
  • Meals not specified in this proposal.
  • Alcoholic beverages during some of the meals.
  • Room upgrades or “extras” at hotels, Spa treatments, or any add-ons.
  • Any items not listed as included in this proposal.
  • Tips for local staff.

Payment conditions:

  • Upon confirmation of booking a 30% down payment is required.
  • The remainder of the payment is required 60 days before the trip.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellation prior to 75 days, the cancellation fee is 30% of the trip cost.
  • Cancellation between 75-45 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 40% of trip cost.
  • Cancellation between 44-31 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 60% of trip cost.
  • Cancellation between 30-15 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 70% of trip cost.
  • 14 days or less, 100% cancellation fee.
  • In the case of postponement, we will do our best to get some of the amounts paid to be used as credit for future trips up to 12 months, but cannot be refunded unless agreed otherwise.
  • Please note, however, that higher cancellation charges may apply to some arrangements.
