Prices, Special Terms and Conditions:

  • Based on a group of a minimum 12* passengers: 4,975 USD per person, in a double occupancy room | Single supplement 685 USD
  • Maximum 14 passengers per group (The tour requires a minimum of 12 registered participants to proceed).

  • If payment is submitted via credit card, an additional fee of 3.5 % will be added.

  • Payment conditions:
    On booking a payment of 1,000 USD per person is required.
    The remainder of the payment is required 60 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation Conditions:
    Besides a nonrefundable 250 USD fee, the deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before the arrival.
    from 90-61 days before arrival, the deposit of 1,000 USD will be nonrefundable.
    from 60 days before arrival and until the arrival date 100% cancellation fee.
  • Remark:
    Due to supplier constraints changes in the plan may occur. In such a case, an alternative

  • Personal expenses.
  • International flights.
  • Travel and medical insurance (a must). We recommend adding a “cancelation for any reason” insurance.
